Who is behind it

My name is Sergei Anushkin. I founded MTB Digital and run it as a sole proprietor in Saint Petersburg, Russia: your contract is with me, and the company details are at the bottom of the page.

We build websites, plugins and modules for WordPress, XenForo, FunPay Cardinal and other platforms, bots and software: anything that can be built. We only sell what we wrote ourselves, so we can fix and extend anything we made. The way we work: first an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage, then you pay for a stage, then we get to work.

What we will not do: ask for your main passwords when a separate account with limited rights will do, charge for a stage that is not in the estimate, or change the terms after you pay.

Support questions are answered by the people who wrote the code, from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time (UTC+3), every day.

How much does development cost?

It depends on the task. Describe it in a request, and we will send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage. You only pay for the stage we are about to start.

How do I get what I bought?

Right after payment, in your account: your files to download and your license key will be there. A purchase email arrives in your inbox.

How can I pay?

By bank card or from your account balance. You can top up the balance in advance, and renewals and development stages will then be paid from it.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In your account, under Purchases, with one button. Charges stop at once, and access stays until the end of the paid period. We send a reminder three days before every charge.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Until you download the files or activate the key, the price of the program is refunded in full. If the program does not work as its description promises and we do not fix it within 10 business days, we refund you as well. For a development stage we have not started yet, the money is refunded in full. Details in the offer (in Russian).
