Does it work on XenForo 2.3?
Each add-on lists its compatibility on its own page, in the Compatibility and requirements section. Custom add-ons are built for your XenForo version.
What happens if the payment service is down?
If the service did not accept the payment, no money is charged. If it accepted the payment but the confirmation is late, the add-on re-checks the payment and grants access.
Do I need a registered business to take payments on my forum?
That depends on the payment service and on how your forum earns money. Check the onboarding terms with the service; we will help with the technical side.
How much does custom work cost?
It depends on the task. Describe it in your account and we will send an estimate with the price and deadline of each stage. You only pay for the stage we are about to start.
