Custom websites and web apps built for your task

We build websites that bring in requests and that you can edit yourself: a company site, an online store, a web app with user accounts. First an estimate with the price and timeline of every stage, then the work; the rights to the code pass to you once you accept it.

What websites we build

  • A company or service site

A few pages about what you do, with a request form that reaches you by email, in Telegram or in a spreadsheet.

  • An online store

A catalog, a cart and payments on your own site under your contract with your bank. Orders show up in the admin panel.

  • A web app with accounts

Sign-up, a customer account, staff roles and your own logic that ready-made site builders do not have.

A custom website or a site builder

A site builder is fine when you need a one-page card for tonight. A custom website is what you need when the business has its own logic: requests must reach your CRM, prices depend on options, customers need an account, and the catalog comes from your accounting system. A builder either cannot do that or stitches it together from paid add-ons that do not get along.

We write the site for your task and do not tie you to a platform of ours. The code and the rights to it pass to you once a stage is accepted, and you can host the site with any provider or on any server you like.

What website development includes

The work is split into stages, and every stage ends with a result you can open and check. Usually that is a page prototype, then layout and content, then forms, payments and links to your services, then the move to your hosting and a guide for your team.

We design the look for your customers rather than take a ready-made template. While the work goes on, the site lives on a test address: you look at it on your phone and computer and post your comments straight to the order chat.

  • A prototype: which pages there will be and what goes on each
  • Layout for phones and desktops, pages that load fast
  • An admin panel where you change texts, prices and photos yourself
  • Request forms, payments, links to your CRM, spreadsheets and Telegram
  • Basic search engine setup: titles, descriptions, a sitemap

A website that brings in requests

A visitor decides in a few seconds whether to stay or leave. That is why every page shows at once what you offer, roughly what it costs and how to get in touch. Pages must open fast on a phone: most people come from one, and they close a slow site before they ever see the form.

A request from the site should not get lost in your inbox. We deliver it where you work: to Telegram, a spreadsheet or your CRM. If there are many requests, we add statuses and owners, so you can see who answered the customer and when.

Taking payments on your website

Card payments on your site are taken by your bank under your own acquiring contract: the money goes straight to you, and the buyer gets a receipt from your own cash register. We connect the bank's payment page, handle payment notifications and refunds, and show the order status in the admin panel.

Which bank and register to choose is up to you: everyone's onboarding terms differ. We tell you upfront what is needed on the technical side and check the first payment together with you.

How the price of a website is worked out

The price depends on how many different pages there are, how much logic stands behind the forms and the account, and what the site must exchange data with. That is why we do not quote a price “per site” upfront: you describe the task, we ask follow-up questions and send an estimate.

In the estimate each stage has its own price and timeline. You pay only for the stage we are about to start and accept it with one click in your account. If the review shows something differs from the estimate, we fix it at no extra charge.

After the website goes live

A website does not end on launch day: prices change, new services appear, third-party services update. Changes after acceptance go under a new estimate, stage by stage as before. You can ask about the site in the order chat, which keeps the whole history of the work.

To start, it is enough to describe the task in your own words: what the business is, what your current site lacks or why you need a new one, which sites you like and by when everything is needed. Texts, photos and access can come later, in the order chat.

Custom development

We build websites, plugins, bots, software and integrations. You know the price of every stage upfront and only pay for the one we are about to start.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Write to support@mtb-digital.tech. We reply from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time (UTC+3), every day.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the task: the number of different pages, the logic of the forms and the account, the links to other services. Describe the task in a request and we will send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage.

Who owns the website and the code?

You do. The exclusive right to the code written for you passes to you once the stage is accepted (Terms of Sale, clause 4.7). You can move the site to any hosting provider.

Can you improve a website I already have?

Yes, if we get access to the code and the server. We look at how it is built first and only then send an estimate. For access, please create a separate account for us with limited rights.

How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline of each stage is in the estimate and counts from the day it is paid. If the work needs texts, access or answers from you, the timeline extends for the wait, and we say so in the order chat (Terms of Sale, clause 4.6).

Do you design, or only write code?

Both: the page prototype and the look go into the estimate as a stage of their own. If you already have a designer's mockup, we build to it.

Can I cancel an order?

Before the first stage is paid, you cancel the order in your account. For a stage we have not started, the money is refunded in full; accepted stages are not refunded (Terms of Sale, clause 4.5).

Didn't find the right solution? We will build it for your task

Tell us in a request what needs to work. We will clarify the details and send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage.
